I was Natalia’s loyal customer for 4 years, but unfortunately my experience became very disappointing. She responded to me disrespectfully, and during the last appointments she charged me much more money while the quality of the work was not good at all. I’m truly disappointed and saddened by this unprofessional and rude behavior.
