Very disappointing experience. My appointment was confirmed, yet I waited 30 minutes with no communication about delays or who I was booked with, so I had to leave. The stylist messaged me 50 minutes after my slot to explain, but the lack of communication was unprofessional. She later offered a discount, then ignored my follow-up. I’ve been disregarded twice now. Customer service is 1/10, and although I’ve visited before, this will be my last.
