My eyelash extension treatment was highly disappointing. Alla didn't listen to my needs, I asked for a C-Curl 16mm cat eye, I think I have 12mm. Finished in 45min instead of 2 hours. She could have used the remaining 75min to fix the issue. The outcome was very empty and sparse, but she refused to fix it. she tried to blame me for booking the wrong treatment. I showed my booking history and still no help. I want a refund. Never booking Alla's services.
