I had a complain after the treatment, namely that the skin was not properly treated and that the nails did not have the same shape. I reached out to the phone number by sms and call, but the owner never replied back. It felt very disdainful and i felt confused for not being able to share concerns post treatment and ask for advice or a solution. I come here regularly but the atmosphere has changed, it feels like a factory not somewhere one feels welcome as a customer rather than a number.
