The machine was not working properly.
Worse than that - the young woman in charge kept telling me it was fine. It needed time to warm up before it worked.
I have been going to Sundays for years. I know how it should be.
It was frustrating and disappointing. I had just enough time for one session before leaving for holiday and by the time she eventually called her boss it was too late.
