I told the staff member it was my first time using a sunbed. On your website it said I would get a skin analysis upon arriving to work out the best skin treatment for me. This never happened. I got into the sunbed, then only found out after 5 minutes that you could change the power settings so it was on High and it should have been Low. I have ended up completely sunburnt after the 20 minutes, this was not how I expected my first time to go.

Vrouw achter de balie zegt geen gedag, schrijft me in terwijl ik dat nog niet wou en eerst proberen. Hierdoor extra geld betaald, 21 euro voor 18 minuten onder de zonnenbank? Belachelijk en er was niet tot nauwelijks resultaat. Ik zou graag mn geld terugwillen of ergens tot een oplossing komen
