They gave my bed away after arriving 5 minutes late and told me my appointment is now cancelled after none of this being written in the policy and not receiving any notification and apparently now there is no more space for me after travelling up here, maybe it’s an idea treatwell and sundays collaborate on their polices to avoid this confusion and situation for customers.
