I went for an eyebrow wax and henna tinting. First of all they made me wait 10 minutes past the appointment time without apologizing at all. They were talking and joking around with eachother instead. Then the henna tinting didn’t give me the result that It was supposed to be. Instead of offering me alternatives, given my dissapointment the co-worker was mostly interested in getting me out of the salon asap. Overall for the money you pay, I was expecting more customer friendly service.
