Very disappointed. Booked an appointment and they overbooked and didn't have room for me because someone else was late. I offered to come back later but was told it wasn't possible. They sat me on a very uncomfortable stool in the facial room and used that bed as a table. No hand scrub or hand massage. Had to ask the manicurist multiple times to fix my nails and to clean the nail filings from under my fingernails afterwards. Was offered a cheap mask as an apology and was still expected to pay.

Fijne pedicurebehandeling, gellak keuze is groot, leuke medewerkers, helaas zat de gellak er dit keer wat minder mooi op bij een voet, maar dat is echt een uitzondering, meestal 4 weken plezier van de gellak.
