I booked a massage on Saturday for the next day (slot was available on the app). They called me before the appointment to say we had to reschedule because the lady who does the massages was out that day. I rescheduled a week later. I enjoyed the massage, but I had booked a 40 minute appointment and they only did 30. I pointed this out and they apologized, but I found the overall experience a bit unprofessional. I will not be returning.
