Het was voor mij de eerste keer in deze salon, op aanraden van een vriendin die bij Treatwell werkt. Ik ben het na de behandeling helemaal eens met de prijs voor de beste salon (ontharen). Ik voelde me heel erg op mijn gemak, de sugaring is een zeer fijne methode en de eigenaresse ging heel professioneel te werk. Mijn volgende afspraak is zeker weer bij sweet & smooth!

Ik had me compleet vergist in de tijd, kwam ik pas thuis achter. Toch hebben ze ervoor gezorgd dat ik helemaal fris en glad weg kon gaan. Echt super! Ik ga zeker weer terug.

The service is generally excellent at this salon as I used to visit it multiple times but this last visit was frustrating which made me not to wax all the areas I was planning for... The new girl (Janna) is not experienced enough to handle sugaring, not like the other employees, meaning that she can't remove the sugaring easily from the face or body which makes it more painful than the normal pain. She kept removing an area and looking at the papers every time which was annoying because I was doing lots of areas in my body and she shouldn't waste time looking at the papers every single time. She wasn't looking at my body that much to make sure that everything was removed and I had to ask her to repeat part of my arms because they weren't completely waxed. She also spoiled a big sugaring part on my top.
