She did my eyebrows very very thin. Partially my fault because I just indicated that I wanted them cleaned, which I thought she understood. After she showed me the first one I realised the mistake. She then asked me if I wanted the second eyebrow less thin which of course no.
I had to ask for the second one to be finished because there were still small loose hairs.
At a personal level, I found her very dismissive and unkind. As I was leaving she made me feel like I was overreacting.
