Not hygienic

I came for a pedicure and was hoping to receive a nice treatment, however this was not the case. First of all, I asked for help to choose a nail polish and showed the one on my toes, a lady criticized my choice of a light color pedicure, advised me on a gel nail polish which was light, but not the one I actually wanted (apparently they did not have a translucent color). Second of all and the worst of all, they could not remove my previous gel nail polish properly by using the soaking method. Then this lady started using a nail file to remove it, which damaged 4 of my toe nails, they were all bleeding (especially on my right foot). I really hope that I did not get infected with anything because the lady disinfected the bleeding toes. The whole experience was very painful because my toes were damaged significantly. I really don’t know why I did not say anything, was a bit at a loss I think. The lady who was doing my pedicure did not understand English very well, which would not be a problem if it did not affect the treatment. While we were talking she did not pay a lot of attention to what she was doing and I think that was one of the reasons why she damaged my toes, so I stopped talking to her so she could focus on the job. One good point is that she colored my nails pretty well, but overall the pedicure does not look good because of the damages she made. I wish that I could share photos in this app!

Hartstikke leuke meiden, die me van een prima tan voorzagen. Duurde wel allemaal wat langer dan de aangegeven 20 minuten.

Bij aankomst winkel nog niet open.
2x over was er niemand om mij te helpen dus moest erg lang wachten.
Alles erg stoffig en dus niet schoon.
Behandeling was wel goed en de meisjes zijn aardig.
