Employee was half an hour too late and didn’t even apologize treatment took 1,5 hours instead of 45’. I was told that the owner would call me to handle the situation but that never happened. Very bad service!!

The manicure was really well executed, the pedicure was good (even though one nail was damaged straight after I left the salon). Unfortunately one member of the staff was sick, so my appointment started with a hour delayed. It would have been ice to get a phone call ahead.
