I made a last minute reservation through Treatwell app and I think that threw their schedule off but the person that saw me seemed really annoyed at me like it was my fault. My cuticules were bleeding like crazy at the end, I actually took pictures because I’ve never seen this before. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable and the procedure really hurt my nails
