The technique was off. Excessive oil (3 times on the back itself!) and massage only with elbows for 20 mins until I pointed out that it was not pleasant. Penny (or whoever was substituting) was defensive, bordering on rude and continued doing her way. At 50 mins I got up an left. My first bad massage experience ever, it was bizarre. Days later I still have bruises on the points she rubbed 10 times in a row (she defended again when I pointed out). Never coming back for sure.
