It was very cold in the room and the electric mattress/blanket was not working. We had to switch rooms mid-treatment. In the other room it was slightly warmer but the mattress was still very cold. I was so cold that I couldn't enjoy my treatment. The electric mattress only started working towards the end of the treatment. That was a pity because the therapist was kind & professional.
