Horrible service. Don’t go there.
I had a gala event on Friday and booked a blow dry. I was on my way and decided to call to inform that I’ll be a few minutes later. First the assistant went to check something and just forgot I was on the call. I called again, she took several minutes to find my appointment. The told me that they haven’t checked booking via Treatwell and that they are too busy now and I can come some other day. Unreliable, bad service, and can’t be trusted.

Ik had een ontspanningsmassage en beauty treatment. De massage was goed, maar wel heel stevig - op bepaalde punten meer sportmassage dan ontspanning, maar dat kan persoonlijk zijn. De sfeer was prettig en kalmerend, dat was heel fijn, en de masseusse was erg attent. De beauty treatments waren efficient, snel en met een hele mooie uitkomst. Ik kom zeker een keer terug.
