The polish change was very subpar - I was shocked that the nail polish used was so old and clumpy. That said, I definitely appreciated a manager coming over to offer to redo it later that afternoon or the next day. I couldn’t make it work with my schedule but I appreciated the effort, and everyone at the salon was very nice and welcoming. I was just so disappointed to not have it done right the first time, that I don’t think I’ll return.
