It's always a pleasure to have my hair done at the City Street Spa! The whole staff is always very welcoming, friendly and professional! Renske did my regrowth colour perfectly, exactly in my natural colour as requested. She always listens carefully to what I want and gives very good recommendations and advice.

Had my first CACI treatment with Olga and it was great! Olga was very professional, talked through the steps throughout on what and why she was doing each step and puts you at ease! The salon is very a comfortable and friendly atmosphere and will definitely be back!

I booked an appointment with a particular person and I was assigned to another person.
I felt this lady was less experienced and skilled. I felt annoyed with the situation and didn’t know what to do, as it seems she was the only one available.

Very disappointed as my appointment did not happen as scheduled. I booked days in advance on Treatwell for an appointment today only to be told that the appointment I booked today is not available and could I come next week (I have no time next week). I have been to this spa several times and Renske was very good. However this is the second time my appointment has been changed or cancelled when I have booked on Treatwell. I shall try a more reliable salon.
