The venue is lovely (clean, calm etc.), the staff very friendly and I would visit again but for a different treatment. The treatment I got was quite basic. Literally they rub exfoliator on you then you shower. It’s meant to be for the whole body and my therapist missed places out accidently, eg back of arm etc. so was a little disappointing on that front.

It's been a great experience again. I really like all of the people I interacted with, how kind they are, the quality of the products and how well kept and beautiful the place is. I'll definitely go back again when I am in Amsterdam.

These are friendly people and offered a nice cup of coffee. That said, I went for a gel manicure, and it is very expensive for the results..I didn’t realize this until I met with my friend who takes a manicure all the time and said I should go back because this wasn’t done properly. They didn’t cut the cuticles, and there is a color difference on my nails and not smooth dried. Also they didn’t paint the nails until my cuticles but left a space blank, so now it looks like I have it already on for 1, 1,5 week. Didnt get the hand massage either as it says, and left the door 10 minutes earlier then planned. Hope they’ll be more thorough for next customers.
