The issue is i had an appointment planned for months, but when i showed up, they said it was a double booking and they were full. My appointment didnt show in the system. Then they promised to contact me to schedule another appointment before my holidays and I am still waiting. I will find another place going forward for my mani pedi. It’s disappointing the lack of professionalism.
