Unfortunately, a blind 6-year-old could do a better manicure. It is a shame as I paid €60 hours - I only didn't walk out because the girl was actually really lovely.

The treatment took over 3 hours as we had to wait for 30 mins before we were helped, and the ladies talked so much that the treatment went on forever. When they realised that the time ran away with them, they rushed the rest of the treatment.

The manicure felt very basic to me, there was no base coat or hand crème used and only a coarse file was used so the nails were still very rough. Also nothing to soften the cuticles..
