The treatment itself was really nice, Olga is really great at her job. My low rating is due to the fact that there was a misunderstanding regarding payment. They charged me for a treatment twice. I called the next day and the receptionist said i can email through my bank details for a refund and insured me they weren’t trying to scam me. I did so and have not received a refund or a response. I have followed up a couple of times and have not received a reply. Won’t be going visiting them again
