I wish I wasn’t writing this as Carol seems very nice and I’m sure this isn’t a reoccuring issue but, I have been encouraged to write a review after seeking a refund.
I came in for brow lamination for a little confidence boost after some tough times. Unfotunately I have been left with cuts in my eyebrow. At one point Carol used something sharp on one of my eyebrows, It was painful but I thought it was part of the process- a little naive. When I got home I could see all the tiny cuts :(

First time that Jonas took care of my hair and I couldn’t be more happy. Perfect cut, exactly what I asked for. Jonas is professional, and he took the right time to cut the hair with a great result. I was super happy with carol and I can say that Jonas is following the same professional way to work. For sure back and I already booked for my partner.
