I had such a good experience last year with Nina, that’s why I decided to come back. I booked a haircut with Michelle but she was rushing the haircut. It wasn’t a great experience. Normally I trust the hairdresser to advice me and do a haircut fitting for my face but I feel like that wasn’t the case. Michelle just went straight to cutting unlike how Nina would kindly explain everything to me before anything. Michelle looked quite unhappy and the whole vibe in the place was sour.
