Very disappointing. I booked face-framing highlights and was told it would only be two blonde pieces at the front, and would look bad unless I paid an extra €40 for toner. I agreed, but the result was three bright yellow stripes that were not blended at all and looked harsh and unnatural. I was then told a smooth blow-dry would cost an extra €55, so I left with very frizzy hair and was unable to properly assess the colour. Unprofessional, rude staff, could’ve done a better job myself at home.
