Michelle was super good. Definitely you could tell she has done this a a zillion times. Never seen someone cut so quickly so precisely. Didn’t feel rushed, just nice to watch someone professional at work. She also explained things well and asked for input but I trusted her suggestions completely. And the saloon is super nice, great place. Great service. Very happy.
