The environment was lovely. Being international, I was nervous to get my hair done. Mingus crushed it and was such a lovely spirit to chat with for so many hours!! Thank you The Lab for fixing my hair & doing it in a comfortable & safe environment!!

Wonderful experience :-)!! Mingus is really very skilled and thoughtful, guiding you through the process and helping you find a look that will be flattering. It's a pretty informal setting, so if you're not comfortable with that this might not be the best place for you. I personally prefer friendly chit-chat over distant servicing, so I felt at ease here. Definitely will come back again :-)
