Ik vond het super fijn hoe ze vriendelijk was. Vertelde alles stapsgewijs en vertelde dat we het mochten aanpassen als we iets anders wouden.
Hebben lekker zitten kletsen, super sociaal.
Houdt rekening met alles.
Echt super en kom zeker terug

Atmosphere is perfect. It wasn't painful putting the lashes on. But she doesn't know how to deal with customer complaints and doesn't offer solution when I told her that I think a lash is poking my eyes. She said she can check again but found nothing. And said she doesn't know. This is not how a professional handles a customer service or a complaint. Not even offering solution to solve the provlem. I'm very disappointed in that part.
