I’m devastated. I showed a photo of my own haircut from last year and asked for the exact same shoulder-length cut. Instead, my hair was cut to my jawline. It’s NOTHING like what I asked for. When I complained, the hairdresser blamed me instead of taking responsibility. As the professional, she should have known the requested length or confirmed before cutting so much off. My hair grows very slowly, and this mistake will take months to fix. I left the salon in tears.
