A ruined Sunday Jason who did my so called “premium manicure “ didn’t do a good job. First he was late by 6 mn and didn’t bother to apologise. Secondly he spent 25 mn doing a probably as good job as I could have done myself (while I paid for a service that is 30 mn btw) I told him I was not very happy, and he didn’t take it well and was rather aggressive. He locked the front door to to check I had paid on Treatwell. Totally BAD customer service. No soft skills whatsoever. I won’t be back.
