The place is nice. Nevertheless, I was expecting a bit more flexibility from them. I have booked a spa manicure and a spa pedicure without colour. Nevertheless, I was late, as I totally forgotten that I booked for 2 treatments. I arrived there 20 minutes late and I have waited 10 minutes to be handled. Nevertheless, the team told me that they will only have time for my pedicure, as I have missed my first appointment. I found them rather rigid and lacking empathy.
