The pedicure is described as a 30 minute treatment but was finished in less than 20 minutes. Not all the steps that are carried out in a proper pedicure were done and my heels (where I get a lot of dry skin) feel exactly the same as before the pedicure.

I came to the appointment and they just said it couldn't be done. I moved my appointments for nothing and they didn't even call me to let me know. I came there for no reason. Very unprofessional.
