I specifically booked a deep tissue massage for muscle pain that needed a more intensive treatment than regular massage. The masseur, although nice, barely understood me in Dutch or English when I told him he could massage harder or leave out/focus on certain areas. For a regular massage okay, but not what I booked.
And although I didn't mind this too much, I was massaged in one of the basement spaces, which led rain come through right on me. They could fix this after a few minutes only.
