I have been having issues with my shoulder for some time - it felt incredibly tight and knotted, very painful all the way up to my neck and down my arm to my fingers. For this reason, I decided to book the deep tissue massage. It felt absolutely incredible and very relieving. I am noticing in the days after the massage that my pain is lessening and so is the tightness. Might come back in a few weeks for another session!
