Ive been here before and had a good experience however this time I was disappointed.
- I was in a small treatment room with doors wide open, people coming in and out and taking things from the room. Really not relaxing or ideal
- loud chatting amongst staff and guests
- burning hot oil - i picked a hot oil massage but it was so heated it burned my skin and had to signal multiple times before the burner was turned down
- the massage wasnt particularly good either

First time, after having many massages here, this experience was not good at all. Massage was very rough and mostly repetitive. Therapist sneezed and coughed on my body. Started small talking to me and making jokes during the massage, which to me is inappropriate. Was also talking to his colleagues very loudly. Everyone was talking loud and was not asking their customers to be quiet, which normally is always the case. As a loyal customer, who comes 2x a month minimum, I want a refund.

Heeeerlijke voetmassage! Zeer goede druk en wist niet dat er zoveel spanning in mn voeten zat. Ik dacht dat een half uur wel genoeg zou zijn maar zou makkelijk langer kunnen haha
