The masseur was great! Really thorough and powerful, he was able to apply immense pressure to the muscles, as he should for a sports massage. There is not much sound isolation between massage stations but everyone was quiet during my time there. Will go back again!

Ive been here before and had a good experience however this time I was disappointed.
- I was in a small treatment room with doors wide open, people coming in and out and taking things from the room. Really not relaxing or ideal
- loud chatting amongst staff and guests
- burning hot oil - i picked a hot oil massage but it was so heated it burned my skin and had to signal multiple times before the burner was turned down
- the massage wasnt particularly good either
