AWFUL I arrived on time for my appointment which was at 6:00 PM. They made me wait for 15 minutes and then received me at 6:15 PM. I had booked a Gellak-Verwijderen which was supposed to cost €10, but they told me it was BIAB and that it would cost €15. I insisted it was Gellak since I do it myself at home, but they still charged me €15. The staff were rude and very impolite. For payment, they give you a crumpled piece of paper with their IBAN, and you have to make an immediate bank transfer.
