I had an appointment to remove my gel nail polish. Firstly, I arrived on time, but still had to wait for an hour. Secondly, he rushed through the process, leaving my nails ruined and super thin. He didn't use the aluminum foil; he only used the drill. It was a bad experience for me, and the other customers were also complaining.
