This is my second visit to the salon for a haircut but unfortunately i am not happy. The person who did my hair hardly spoke anything which is fine and it appeared to me that she was totally lost. The washing part wasn't good,and she didn't even have her scissors handy for the job. I asked for a layer cut and when asked for the length i told her clearly to cut to the extent of unhealthy portion split ends basically. She did haphazard cutting and it wasn't great. The hair was 75% wet when she started cutting and she showed me the layers on the wet hair and it looked okay but after getting back home i see that the bottom layer was not done well and i could see most of the split ends remaining without being cut. I came out from the salon with my bottom portion of hair still being wet and when it dried i could clearly see all the split ends. Totally unhappy
