They were very unpolite. Asking you things with an attitude. I came and waited while one of them was eating behind the counter. Did not feel respected as a client. I prepaid 25 euros for gellac and just because they took skin out of the cuticle, they increased the price saying it mas a “manicure”. A manucure includes many more steps. There was another client next to me also very unhappy and frustrated because she booked with a specific someone and they did not care and gave her a random person

Alles was bijna goed tot manicure. Deed een beetje pijn en toen ik buiten liep zag ik bloed bij mijn duim na de behandeling… dat was de minpunt: pijn en beetje bloed
