After 2yrs as a loyal customer, sadly I won’t return. Appointment moved 1hr before (despite being bookable via Treatwell) + 15min wait (really never on time). €10 extra to sand off 6/10 BIAB nails (previously included) despite €50/40min appt, which took just 30min. Nails also felt rushed, with rough ends. Payment method increasingly bizarre - now via IBAN or cash… No longer worth coming here as prices are in the end the same as the more customer friendly, hygienic competition. Real shame.
