It wasn’t Carmen who did my permanent curling.
The person who did it did not adjust the edges of my hair while rolling and i got fish-hooks at the edges of my hair. I did not realize it there but saw them when i got home. I had to go to another place to get a haircut to get rid of the fish-hooks.
