I highly recommend booking with Carmen. She was really sweet and polite, and attentively listened to my wishes for my haircut. At multiple times during the appointment she made sure to ask if the length and shape were okay. Also, she was very thorough and polite, so I felt comfortable communicating with her. Her English is proficient as well so there is no language barrier or anything. Again, I am happy with my haircut and I do recommend!
