Ik stond voor een dichte salon.. Telefoon werd ook niet opgenomen. Zag daarna pas de reviews dat ze de niet meer komt opdagen.

Afspraak gemaakt en bevestigd. Ik keek hier heel erg naar uit want dit was even een momentje voor mezelf na mijn bevalling. Ik stond echter voor een dichte deur. Meerdere keren gebeld maar er werd niet opgenomen. Ook ben ik nooit teruggebeld.

Slechte communicatie. Reservering gemaakt via Treatwell. Reservering bevestigd maar stond voor een dichte salon. meerdere malen gebeld en gemaild en na een week nog steeds geen reactie gehad.

Mevrouw Ksenia, laat je een half uur van te voren weten dat haar machine kapot is, terwijl ik al op locatie was dik een half uur rijden!
Vervolgens een appje dat ze met 10 dagen weer contact opneemt als haar machine gemaakt is.
Ik heb geen behoefte aan een nieuwe afspraak, maar elke reactie blijft uit, geen reactie op telefoon en app.
@treatwell, zou de bemiddeling voor dit soort salons niet voortzetten!
