Booked a massage for the same day on my birthday but unfortunately, the venue did not check their Treatwell calendar and no massage therapists were available once I got there. No apologies whatsoever, I was a bit disappointed.

The massage was so great! One of the best I've had in a long time. The management was a bit disorganised, asked to change our time by 30 min then we got there and they forgot it was a couple's massage so that room was busy so we waited an extra 15 min for that room. But all in all they were great
