went in for a haircut and beard trim with hot towel treatment. I was the only costumer there the morning of the appointment. Giuseppe took the time to explain things, offered a coffee and we walked through it all. The haircut was spot on right away, the beard i asked for a bit more trim (it was very long). not a problem another coffee halfway through and some advice on my dry scalp. Happy costumer will be returning for sure.
