She used the same used wooden sticks over and over again and dipped the used wooden sticks also in the fresh wax, not very hygienic. I did a full Brazilian wax, but most of my hairs were not gone and I had to shave afterwards. A little disappointing. Also I had to help her when she was doing my back parts, my arms were cramping and I told her so, but I still had to continue. Not going back unfortunately.
