Alisa was really friendly, professional and reassuring. I had never done this before and she made me feel relaxed and welcome. She gave me a thorough explanation, a clear treatment plan and tips. Will definitely book again!

Alisa was very professional and comforting. I felt discomfort for my first laser treatment but she comforted me and explained the process.

The treatment was OK but the lady was 30 minutes late for the appointment and then didn't give me glasses which is a normal practice when you go for laser epilation. She was nice but the service was of average quality. The lady told me they'd call me back to give me a free treatment to apologize for the waiting time but they never called back so I wouldn't recommend this place despite the good prices they offer.
